Chris Brown broke down at the BET Awards 2010 in the middle of a tribute he was performing in honor of Michael Jackson.

Chris Brown gave an outstanding dance performance of some of Michael Jackson's most iconic songs at the BET Awards 2010. As he transitioned into Michael's signature song of introspection, "Man In The Mirror", he began to weep openly and could not find his voice.

Chris Brown had many reasons to cry during the performance and speculation hit the net as soon as the clip became widely available. Is he crying because of pain he feels over losing his hero, Michael Jackson? Is he crying because of the message of the song viz-a-viz his having physically abused pop-sensation Rihanna earlier last year? Is he crying because it was staged and his "people" thought it would win the hearts of his lost fans?
