In a totally unsuspecting move East Godavari police booked heroine Anushka for the murder of a junior artist. On Sunday, as per a scene requirement, heroine Anushka had to push two junior artists, body doubles for Ravi Teja and Sunil, into the Godavari river. While Sunil’s dupe reached the shore safely Ravi Teja’s dupe could not make it and his dead body was found later in the day. After retaliations made by the locals the police of Purushottamapatnam, where the shooting took place, booked a case of murder against Anushka. The scene was for a Suresh Productions’ film being directed by Uday Shankar and co starring Ravi Teja.
